Bearing units
In principle, a fixed bearing is a clamp with a torque joint. As a result, the fixed bearing continues to transfer forces, but no longer rotary torques. Floating bearings are the movable counterpart of a fixed bearing. The bearing type prevents movements that are perpendicular to the base of the floating bearing.
