Inspection device suitable for measuring concentricity, runout and perpendicularity.
The robust design permits the concentricity gauge to be used in the workshop or inspection room. Easy positioning of the workpieces via lift-off contact roller. The smooth running carriage and the movable stand enable the dial gauges to be positioned as required.

With the stop block, the stop tip can be perfectly and easily aligned (exactly in the centre of the test specimen) so that imprecisely turned end faces do not have a negative effect on the measurement result on account of vibrations caused by grooves when rotating.

Test specimens do not rest on a driven shaft, but on fixed prisms and the test specimen is driven directly by the drive wheel. This completely eliminates the issue of the base tolerance of the support, as it is completely fixated (tolerance=0).
