High-performance bellows suction cups with textured surface for deformation-free gripping of thin sheets. Optimum positioning of oily sheets due to anti-slip support ribs. These bellows suction cups are extremely slip-resistant during high acceleration and are weight-optimised and therefore particularly suitable for robotic applications.

The vulcanised-on fasteners ensure a secure and tight fit.

The bellows suction cups are suitable for handling sheet metal, glass and plastics in the sheet metal forming, body shop, glass handling and assembly fields.

The material NBR is characterised by excellent oil and temperature resistance up to +160 °C as well as high abrasion resistance.

Forces F1 and F2:
The forces specified in the table refer to a 65% vacuum on dry sheet metal with a smooth, flat surface, without any safety factor.

Internal volume:
Corresponds to the volume that must be evacuated during the suction cycle. This volume must be taken into account for the total volume of the grasping system and thus by calculating the suction duration.

Compared to a flat suction cup, a bellows suction cup offers greater movement, more flexibility and higher accuracy.
