Ball transfer units with plastic load balls are particularly suitable for transporting sensitive materials such as glass or polished aluminium, brass and steel plate.
They are protected against dirt by a felt seal.

These ball transfer units are not designed for high impact loads.
Impact type loads can cause damage to the ball, track or housing leading high impairment of the function and service life of the ball transfer unit.

For applications with impact loads we recommend using our heavy-duty rollers or those with solid steel housings, which are designed for high mechanical demands.
